All the Generations

Sometimes, in this job, you get to really know people, and then you become friends, and then you get the joy of watching their family grow and change and develop. This is what happened with these wonderful people. I have photographed Bethany since she was a newborn, I did her cake smash, and now I have had the honour of photographing her little brother, and, best of all, I met all the generations of her family – right up to her great-grandparents. 

To me, this was the greatest honour of all: how often do you get to photograph four generations all together? What a beautiful gift! And we had a fantastic day too – the sun was shining, it was gorgeous, and there were cuddles all around, even if we did have a little bit of a grumpy moment when the bird feeder got put away…. far too soon!!!
