Happy Birthday!

A few weeks ago I had the joy of photographing a fantastic birthday party at Holly Tree Soft Play. I have known Ella’s mom ever since I moved to Lincoln – she was my very first friend here, and I have had the pleasure of watching Ella grow up into a cheeky, sassy, and strong young lady (just like her mother!). So when asked to photograph her birthday, how could I say no?

It was great fun, the kids were climbing all over the place, there was face painting, and even a visit from a member of the cast of Trolls (forgive me for not remembering the name – I have yet to see the film). There was dancing, and lots of laughing, and a cake with a sparkler that nearly knocked my socks off!

All in all a fab day, and again, I was so happy to play a small part in it.
