365 Project | July

It has been rainy this month, but we have also been blessed with some gorgeous weather. The girls finished school and have been able to start swimming lessons again. We discovered an amazing new place near our house, where the girls can enjoy rope swings, shrimping and splashing around. I have worked and loved every minute of it. I even went out for cake. Maybe I ate a bit too much of it actually! We celebrated Canada Day, because I never forget where I’m from. We had our first watermelon of the season and it was delicious! We also caught frogs and fed the ducks, the playgrounds reopened and we have spent a lot of time visiting them all!

I didn’t take as many personal photos as I would have liked this month – maybe because I have been so busy with work, but I certainly lived in the moment a lot more than usual!
